Our client is seeking a dynamic and proactive Services Solutions Manager to join their team. This exciting, field-based role covers the whole of the UK, where you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing and delivering innovative commercial opportunities that help address critical challenges for their brands, the NHS and patients. You'll pilot and embed cutting-edge initiatives within key strategic accounts, monitor outcomes, and assess the commercial viability of scaling these projects nationwide.

Ideal Requirements for a Services Solutions Manager
Proven experience in managing and delivering complex projects within clinical services to the NHS or overseeing managed services.
Demonstrated ability to develop and present commercial business cases and 2/3-year forecasts to secure funding and budgets ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
Ability to coach, inspire, and motivate infield teams, fostering team spirit.
In-depth knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice and its practical application in a business context.Role Responsibilities for a Services Solutions Manager
Acquires a deep understanding of Strategic Key Account dynamics, needs and challenges.
Works with infield teams to mobilise initiatives which address the unique needs of different healthcare systems.
Develops and implements agreed scale up strategies which include but are not exclusive to the development of marketing literature, abstracts, posters, manuscripts and presentations at congresses.Recruitment Process
