Evolve was founded in 2007 by brothers Chris and Andy Anderson.
Chris initially caught the recruitment bug back in 2000 after completing a Biochemistry degree and starting a career in medical sales with Novartis Pharmaceuticals. Based on his own experience of being recruited into the pharmaceutical industry, Chris was in a strong position to begin his recruitment career, working in graduate recruitment for medical sales.
Meanwhile, after completing a Law degree, Andy was looking for his first opportunity after graduation. Andy started his career at AstraZeneca in pharmaceutical sales before progressing quickly into medical device sales, in which he worked for a number of years.
By 2007, their entrepreneurial spirit had kicked in and the brothers were ready to use their collective experience in pharmaceutical and medtech sales and recruitment to set up Evolve. By 2016 Evolve relocated to Calder Park in West Yorkshire UK, which remains the site of the company’s global Head Office. Today, the team serves a range of customers from SMEs to blue-chip clients globally.
