We invite you to join a leading community pharmacy group as a Pharmacist Manager at one of their branches in Bristol (BS34). There are TWO full-time permanent positions available that offers stable hours from Monday to Friday (8:30/9am to 6pm).

Essential Requirements for the Pharmacist Managers
You will be a registered GPhC Pharmacist with at least 12 months post-registration experience.
Preferably possess MUR accreditation and ProScript experience.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build good relationships with both customers and staff.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, able to inspire and motivate a team.

Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist Managers
Drive the achievement of key performance targets and uphold exemplary standards of service delivery.
Build and develop collaborative partnerships with Primary Care Organisations (PCOs) and GP surgeries.
Ensure accuracy in NHS payment claims and strive for operational excellence in pharmacy sales and services, adhering to legal, ethical, and organisational guidelines.
Undertake regular audits to maintain optimal staff performance, service quality, and compliance standard.
