Graduate Medical Sales Representative

Evolve is recruiting for a leading UK based orthopaedic medical devices organisation with an excellent heritage.

Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Medical Sales Representative to join their team in promoting and growing their innovative Orthopaedics products to Orthopaedic Surgeons, Scrub Nurses and Theatre Staff across North London and East of England.

Attendance in live theatre is required so this role is not suitable for the faint-hearted.

Salary is circa £30,000 DOE, and you will also receive an impressive benefits package, including a bonus scheme, car allowance, pension and healthcare.

Ideal Requirements for the Graduate Medical Sales Representative
Full UK driving licence is essential.
Recent graduate, ideally in a scientific subject (Sports Science etc.)
Keen interest in Orthopaedics.
Strong sales experience in a customer-facing environment.
Excellent demonstrable research into the medical sales industry.
Shadowing experience of a Medical Sales Representative is highly advantageous.
Keen desire to step into the medical sales industry.

Role Responsibilities for the Graduate Medical Sales Representative
Promote and sell all products within the nominated UK territory as agreed with the Head of Sales.
Attend surgery and support both theatre and hospital staff as required.
Provide a monthly report on target accounts and any major events relating to the territory.
Maintain adequate records of account or potential account contact history.
Co-ordinate with the appropriate Company personnel on factory visits by Surgeons or hospital staff.
Work with the customer services department on hospital requirements for short term consignments and the installation/management of accounts with long term consignment.
Keep the company informed of customer feedback, specifically in the field of post-marketing surveillance and any other relevant market information.
