We have a brand new opportunity available working for a leading healthcare organisation that provides specific treatments in Renal and Kidney diseases. They are seeking a Clinic Manager to join their team located in Salisbury.

This is a permanent, full time position.

Ideal Requirements for a Clinic Manager
At least 5 years of experience working in Haemodialysis, including 2 years at a Senior level.
Proven experience in managing and leading a team of specialist nurses and practitioners.
Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its implications for Independent Healthcare providers.
Level 1 Nurse Registered with the NMC, with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.

Role Responsibilities for a Clinic Manager
Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with referring Client Organisation/s and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
Supervising, training, and supporting staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
Full operational and clinical management of the clinics, maintaining high care and quality outcomes.
Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, and preparing the clinic for audits.
