Central and Eastern European Manager

Our client is seeking a tenacious and innovative individual to join their growing pharmaceutical company as a European Manager. This role will be managing distributor partners in various countries to make sure our clients products are delivered and localised correctly. There will be a mix of working from home, and working from their Berkshire office.

Ideal Requirements for a Central and Eastern European Manager
5 years’ experience working in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
Various backgrounds will be considered including sales, marketing, legal, supply chain, medical and market access
Previous rare diseases, mental health, oncology, immunology, nephrology, and rheumatology
experience
Science/pharmacy/medical education to degree level essential
Understanding of the health systems, economic, legal, technological, social, and political landscapes in the CEE countries

Role Responsibilities for a Central and Eastern European Manager
To provide leadership, management, and collaboration with the 3rd party distributor(s)
Collaborate with the functional teams including Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Market Access, Legal, Marketing, Medical Affairs and QRVI, to ensure strong working relationships between our client and the 3rd party distributor(s)
Project manage the activities and milestones for the countries to ensure optimal performance
Provide oversight of contractual obligations and establish a detailed understanding of contractual elements to inform and guide functional teams
