Evolve are exclusively partnering with a forward-thinking and innovative pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking a HR Advisor, working initially on a 6 month contract with the potential of extending. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing a proactive and effective generalist HR support and advice to managers and staff whilst co-ordinating work across the organisation in areas of designated responsibility.
This is a remote/home based role with travel to the companies head office in Scotland.

Ideal Requirements for a HR Advisor
4-5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role at HR or Senior HR advisor level, dealing with complex ER issues.
Excellent knowledge and understanding od regulations, accepted professional standards.
Ideally CIPD qualified in Human Resources Management
Proven organisational skills and ability to prioritise.Role Responsibilities for a HR Advisor
Provide coherent and strategically focused advice and support to People Managers on all aspects of employee relations.
Supporting the business to attract, hire and retain the most suitable candidates whilst maintaining a keen focus on internal development and succession planning.
Keeping up to date with changes in employment legislation and revising and issuing procedures, policies and the Employee Handbook in line with best practice.
General HR administration and ad hoc requests for information.Recruitment Process
