Evolve are recruiting for a growing pharmaceutical company who are seeking a Healthcare Partnership Manager to join their team, specialising in Nephrology. You’ll be responsible for producing, implementing and monitoring your territory account plan, providing a positive customer experience across all engagements. As well as being accountable for securing local access to launch medicines and delivering subsequent sales growth.
This is a full-time position covering the South of the UK.

Ideal Requirements for a Healthcare Partnership Manager
Previous experience in Nephrology and or Rare Disease experience would be desirable.
Understanding of the NHS, including specialised commissioning and patients pathways.
Ability to translate business insights into a commercial action plan.Role Responsibilities for a Healthcare Partnership Manager
Establish strong business relationships with identified key customer groups (clinical and non-clinical) to ensure commercial objectives are met.
Deliver a territory account plan that directs activities in key accounts cross all treatment settings and stakeholders through individual contribution and also through cross functional working and collaboration.
Engage with payer customer management across the full spectrum of access customer types.Recruitment Process
